Effective June 15th, 2026, Leon Schwarzott will become Director of the Catalyst Business Unit, succeeding Co-Founder Leon Haupt, who will step back from daily operations while remaining a key shareholder and strategic advisor.
The transition marks a deliberate shift from establishing product-market fit to driving commercial scale. Under the new structure, Leon Schwarzott will oversee business operations and development, while Carolina Pinto Correia — an early-stage architect of the platform — will step up to lead Product.
